SOUND BATH | Sundays & Tuesdays

🌿✨Join us for a relaxing and restorative Sound Bath designed to calm the mind, release stress, and realign your energy. You’ll be guided through soothing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, helping you drop into deep peace and inner clarity.

The following bookings are for GROUP Sound Baths. There may be up to six (6) people in attendance during any given session. Private 1-on-1 sessions are now available.

****Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes early to get yourself situated. We kindly ask that you are on-time. Session will not start until everyone has arrived, however will end at the designated time****

What To Expect:

A short, guided meditation followed by a sound bath using sound healing instruments. We have crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, crystal harp, and a steel tongue drum. 

Our Studio:

Our Sound Bath Studio is already setup with memory foam mats, blankets and pillows. If you would like to bring anything extra please feel free to do so.
