🐎 EQUINE Sound Bath Sessions 🐎

✨Sound baths for horses are therapeutic sessions where calming sounds and vibrations, produced by instruments like singing bowls or chimes are introduced to create a soothing environment. These sessions help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the horse's physical and emotional well-being. 

✨Horses are incredibly sensitive to sound and vibration due to their heightened awareness and finely tuned nervous systems. Unlike humans, horses can detect subtle vibrations and shifts in energy, which is why they often respond to environmental cues long before they are visible or audible to us. During a sound bath, the vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes resonate with the horse's body, penetrating muscle tissue and even affecting cellular processes. This resonance helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote a state of relaxation. The rhythmic, harmonious sounds mirror the natural frequencies found in nature, making horses feel safe and at ease.

✨Horses that benefit the most from sound baths include those experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety, such as performance horses, rescue horses, or those undergoing rehabilitation from injury. Older horses with arthritis or stiffness, as well as young, easily spooked horses, also respond well to the calming vibrations. Sound baths can be particularly helpful for horses that struggle with trailer travel, farrier visits, or changes in their environment.

• $250 group ( Minimum of 4 horses)
• There may be a travel fee for locations that are more then 5 miles from East Durham, NY. It is also recommended for the horse(s) to be in the paddock or arena during a session, not in the stall.
