✨Join Angela and Ashley in the beautiful temple at the SRV Retreat Center as we connect to the Divine Feminine through gentle yoga, sound healing, and cacao. This special event promotes emotional healing, stress reduction, heart opening, and community using mindful movement and sound vibration. 

✨Make sure to dress comfortable. There are mats, blankets and yoga props available but you may also bring your own 🤍 Feel free to bring along a journal. 

What to Expect

We’ll begin by gathering in circle and sharing ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and intentions for the evening. 🌺 From there, we’ll flow into restorative yoga, allowing the body to soften and release through nourishing, supported poses. The journey will close with a deeply restorative sound healing session, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and sacred instruments guide you into relaxation, balance, and inner peace. 🌙✨
